Jyoti you can try this way: Email or fax to salwan that u r not in gurgaon for 3-4 days and will only be able to deposit the fee by 31st aug. Also speak to them on ur mobile and note down the name of the person spoken to. They may say no seat will be offered to next applicant. plead ur case to ur best efforts.

Many succeeded this way in Delhi.

got message for admission of my daughter in Salwan, last date of fee deposit is Aug 29, 2014 and the result of DPS Sec 45 is on 30 Aug .... what to do? I am confused.

Please suggest...

If its just one day, try giving post dated check; maybe put the check on hold through your bank if u get admission in DPS. But if you goto DPS on 29th for the draw, wont you know right away of your results?

DPS draw is on 30th and not 29th. I am also facing the same confusion as I too have got confirmation from Salwan for my son.

30th - DPS draw for Nursery

29th - DPS draw for Pre Nursery

For Salwan, Pre Nursery VOD has not started yet. The VOD and results may still take about 2 weeks from now.

But yes for Nursery, it is a catch 22 situation.

These just one of the rules which I am sure is not going to be implemented as school would come up with somethimg or the other to twist the rules.

Refund policy is there, but schools do their manmaani.. paisa kamao twisted reply dekar. Fee refund harassment is spot on.

I called up the school and they said that only Rs 15000 would be refunded if we donot take admission.  

Thats really pathetic............. schools have become a money making machine nowadays....
