The Admission Procedure for Class Pre-School (Academic Session 2024-2025), per DoE Circular No. F.DE.15(172)/PSB/2016/8873-8882 dated 18.10.2023 issued by Directorate of Education (PRIVATE SCHOOL BRANCH), Department of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, Old Secretariat, Delhi-110054, is as follows:

Minimum three (03) years

less than (04) years as on 31.03.2024

(Born Between 01.04.2020 – 31.03.2021)

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR PRE-SCHOOL ADMISSION 2024-2025

Admission Application Form is available in both online and offline mode.

1 . The Admission Application Fee (Registration Fee) is ₹25/- only (Non-Refundable), to be paid in cash.

2 . (i) Photocopy of Birth Certificate of the Child issued by Municipal Corporation of Delhi, or any other authorized agency.

(ii) Proof of Residence (any one) :

Ration Card / Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child).
Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents
Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
Electricity bill / MTNL telephone bill / Water bill / Passport issued in the name of any of the parents or child.
Aadhar Card / UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.

(iii) Proof of Sibling of the student studying in Aadharshila Vidyapeeth, CD-Block, Pitampura, Delhi.

A student who has qualified for admission will be required to produce the necessary certificates and pay the prescribed fees, within three days of the offer of admission.
All admission will be provisional until the prescribed fees and certificates are deposited.
Admission fee paid at the time of admission (including provisional admission) will not be refunded for any reason.
A pupil will not be allowed to attend classes without submitting the documents listed below and the prescribed fees.

Documents needed at the time of admission:

An attested copy of the Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Cooperation.
Proof of residence (Aadhar card, Passport, MTNL/Electricity bill)
School Leaving Certificate (in original) for Class II onwards, duly countersigned by the Education Officer, if the school is situated outside Delhi.

ADMISSION TO CLASS- I (ONE)

To be eligible for admission to Class I, the child should have completed 5 years 6 months (five-and-a-half years) as on 31.03.2024
Seats are equally divided between girls and boys.
Seats are also reserved for children with Special needs & for children from economically
challenged backgrounds.

REGISTRATION FORM FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-25

The registration form will be available from 23.11.2023 to 15.12.2023 at the school office between 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and online……………………………. Reigstration Form link
Duly filled in application form along with the relevant documents should be submitted to the school office before 15.12.2023
First cut off list will be displayed on 12.01.2024 on the school notice board.
The cost of registration form under the general category is Rs 25/-.

3. Sibling (15 points)
4. Alumni (10 points)
5. Staff wards (10 points)

Both parents will need to meet with the Principal before admission is finally granted.
