1. Age Criteria for Entry Level Class - Pre School (Nursery) is as follows:

2. For General Category (open seats other than EWS/DG/CWSN) Candidates:
  • Application Forms will be available online between Thursday, 23 November 2023 and Friday,15 December 2023 till 11.59 p.m.at www.dpsrohini.com.
  • The Application Form along with scanned copies of relevant documents and a non-refundable registration fee of INR 25/- should be submitted online latest by 11.59 p.m. Friday, 15 December 2023.
  • Please download and keep the print of the Application Form generated after successfully submitting the Application Form for future reference.
  • Final points (score) will be calculated automatically by the software.

  1. Nursery Admission for Academic Session 2024-25 will be online.
  2. The age criteria for the Nursery Admission will be for children born between 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2021
  3. The online  admission process begins on November 23, 2023 and closes on December 15, 2023.
  4. Your application will be eligible for both Faith Academy (Morning Shift) and Faith Academy Second Shift (Afternoon Shift).
  5. Based on your eligibility and points as per the criteria, your child will be given admission.     
  6. You may select your preference in the order of One and Two.

  1. The Online filling of form will begins from 23.11.2023 at 08:00 a.m. and close on 15.12.2023 at 05:00 p.m.
  2. Before clicking on the ‘CLICK HERE TO APPLY’ button on the bottom of this page, please ensure the following documents are available for filling up the form & for online uploading/attaching purpose:
  3. COLOUR SCANNED PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH OF YOUR CHILD, MAXIMUM  SIZE 2 MB IN .JPG FORMAT ONLY.
  4. SCANNED IMAGE OF DATE OF BIRTH PROOF ISSUED BY MCD OF MAXIMUM  SIZE 2 MB IN .JPG FORMAT ONLY.
  5. SCANNED IMAGE OF ADDRESS PROOF LIKE ELECTRICTY BILL/MTNL BILL/WATER BILL/ AADHAR CARD/VOTER I CARD IN THE NAME OF EITHER OF PARENTS, OF MAXIMUM  SIZE 2 MB IN .JPG FORMAT ONLY.
  6. APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT CHALLAN OF RS. 25/- (PROCESS DETAILED BELOW):
  • As per Govt. Order, the school will charge a sum of Rs. 25/- as ‘Application Fee’ for facilitating the Nursery Admission Process.
  • The challan can be obtained by paying a sum of Rs. 25/- online through the school merchant website of Indian Overseas Bank by clicking on the link mentioned below.
  • While making the payment of Rs. 25/- , kindly mention the child’s name, date of birth, father’s name & other details correctly.
  • After the payment is done, the Indian Overseas Bank website will generate a payment challan which will contain a Bank Reference Number, which has to be mentioned in the Application Form (Point No 16).
  • The payment challan will be uploaded along with the application form.

  1. Once the Application Fee is paid & all the scanned documents are obtained, you can click on the ‘CLICK HERE TO APPLY’ button to proceed.
  2. The online application should be filled in CAPITAL LETTERS.
  3. All the fields are mandatory; please fill the form very carefully. If the detail mentioned in the form does not match with the scanned documents then the school has the right to reject your application.
  4. After filling the form & attaching all the documents, click NEXT and check the preview of the form. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE FORM HAS BEEN FILLED CORRECTLY.
  5. If there are some mistakes then click on BACK button to make corrections. Thereafter click on NEXT, take a printout of your filled form & then submit the form.
  6. After submission of the form you will receive an automated serial number, which you can save for future reference.

3 Registration Forms sent by email /post / courier will not be considered.
4 Please read this page carefully and understand it before filling the Registration Form.
5 Submit the details online and pay the Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- online. You will receive an acknowledgement mail having Registration Number and online payment details.
6 Last date of submitting complete Registration Form online: 15.12.2023 (Friday). No need to send separate emails.
7 Total number of seats available is 160. (which includes EWS/DG/CWSN Category -40)
8 Children whose birth date falls between 1st March 2020 and 31st March 2021 are eligible for registration for the academic session 2024-25. (3 Years to 4.1 Years old). The upper age relaxation granted at the level of school.
9 The admission process has been designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to maintain transparency in the admission process.
10 Those who will be selected after the draw of lots will be called for the verification of the submitted data. Please bring hard copies of the pre-filled and signed online Registration Form along with the self-attested photocopies of the original documents as supporting evidence; on the day of verification. SUBMITTING OFFLINE) with a self-attested copy of the DATE OF BIRTH
CERTIFICATE issued by MCD, Proof of residence, and other relevant documents. The parents may submit the documents and registration fee offline by submitting
the printout of the filled-up registration form along with relevant documents in
the School Office between 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.


The Parents who submit the Registration form , Registration fee and all relevant
documents online, are not required to visit the School.
