Parents seeking age relaxation must also submit an application with addressing Principal at the school reception for seeking this relaxation with Registration Form before 15.12.2023 (Friday).

Medical certificate issued by Govt. Hospital is required in case of child with special needs/disabilities.
No interview with parent / child.
No weightage for parent’s educational qualification, occupation or financial status.

Session 2024-25

1. Age Eligibility Criteria for Admission

2. The age criteria will be followed without exception.

3. Procedure for Admission

a. As the first step, the parent has to procure a registration form from the school reception for a nominal fee. The registration form must be submitted along with a copy of the Birth Certificate of the Child (issued by State/ Central Government) of the child for the process to move forward. Registration form can also be filled online under the 'Admission' head. Link to the Online Registration Form: http://davnurseryschool.davonline.in/

b. After the registration, a School Insight Programme (SIP) will be conducted in the school premises. It is an orientation programme of sorts designed to give you an insight into the school to enable you to make an informed decision. It is recommended that kids accomapny parents for the SIP to get acquainted with the environment of the school.

c. List of Selected Students will be put up on the School Website and at the school reception on the dates specified.

d. After selection, the following admission formalities will be completed accordingly:

- The following original documents and their copies must be produced at the time of admission:

Birth Certificate of the Child issued by State/ Central Government
Address Verification: Ration Card/ Aadhar Card/ Voter ID Card/ Passport/ Domicile Certificate of the Child or of any parent. Electricity Bill and MTNL Telephone Bill also allowed.
4 Photographs of the Child and 2 Photographs each of both parents.
Fee of 3 months plus admission charges
Admission shall be denied if any document is found to be falsified.

g. At the time of admission, the first fee including admission charges will be accepted only in the form of cash.

h. Fee will be payable as per the latest fee structure duly approved by the management.

4. The following concessions shall be applicable:

5. The last date for fee payment will be the 10th of every month.

6. From the 11th of every month, a fine to the tune of Rs. 5 per day will be applicable till the date of actual payment.

7. In case of withdrawal of admission before the start of the academic session, admission fee and other one-time charges will not be refunded. Tuition Fee will be refunded after the deduction of one month’s fee.

8. Once an admission form is issued to a parent, a deadline will be given for the submission of fee and the completion of admission. If the fee is not submitted within the given deadline, the admission form will be treated as cancelled. The parent is welcome to come back and fill up the form as per the availability of seats. They must follow the same procedure as any new parent. However, they will be given lower priority than an altogether new parent, in case the issue of seat availability arises.

9. Any recommendation or any influence exerted by any outside source to secure admission will lead to the immediate cancellation of registration.

School Specific Criteria (General Seats)

The School specific admission criteria has been devised on a 100-point scale to be distributed as under:

Neighbour hood	70 points
Candidates residing within 0 to 8 km distance from the school	70
Candidates residing beyond 8 km	50
Siblings / Staff wards -	30 points
Candidates whose real sister or brother is a student of the school or / wards of the employees of SGS, Sector 18A, Phase II, Dwarka only.

3.1 In case of Neighbourhood, the applications must be accompanied by Google road map showing the distance from their residence to the school. Points would be given according to the defined number of kilometers in a range.

3.2 In case of siblings, the application must be accompanied by self-attested photocopy of the Student’s Identity Card (both sides) and photocopy of the latest fee payment receipt of the sibling student indicating the admission number.

3.3. Selection of Candidates for admission in Pre-School Class during the session 2024-2025

School follows the 100-point scale system.
Out of the total applications from the neighborhood range and Sibling Criteria admission would be first offered to the candidates attaining maximum points.
If the applications attaining similar points are more than the seats of general category, the draw of lots shall be conducted to admit the students against the number of available seats.
If vacancies remain unfilled after exhausting the applications from the first lot of maximum scorers, the applications from the next lot of maximum scorers shall be considered in the above manner

EWS & DG Category
The school shall not process the admission of EWS/DG Category students. The D.O.E. will process the applications online for admission in schools as per the guidelines.

Age

As per D.O.E. Order the child should be at least three (03) years old as on 31st March of the year for admission in Preschool. However, the child must be less than 04 years old as on 31st March 2024.This includes all the children born between 01.04.2020 & 31.03.2021

Registration

The process of Nursery Registration will be conducted both via online and offline modes.

For OFF-LINE Registration: Standardized registration forms shall be available at the Gate no. 2 of the school on all working days from Thursday, 23 November 2023 to Friday, 15 December 2023 between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on payment of Rs.25/- only.

The filled in forms should be deposited at Gate no. 2 of the school between 10:00 am to 03:00 pm on all working days. The last date for deposit of application form for registration shall be Friday, 15 December 2023 upto 03.00 pm.

For ON-LINE Registration: Online Registration forms will be available on the school website. The direct link to apply online will be available in the Admission page of the school website from 12:00 am Thursday, 23 November 2023 to 11:59 pm Friday, 15 December 2023. Instructions and guidelines to fill the on line form available on the website should be carefully read and followed.
