  • Attested photocopy of Municipal Birth Certificate.
  • Attested photocopy of Aadhar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the Child and parents.
  • Attested photocopy of residence proof (for e.g.) :-
    (i) Ration Card issue in the name of parents (Mother/ Father having name of child).
    (ii) Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
    (iii) Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any parents.
    (iv) Electricity bill/ MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/ Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
  • Attested Photocopy of Identity Card/ Latest Fee Bill of the sibling issued by the School office for 2023-24
  • Caste Certificate (Only in case of SC /ST/OBC or Minority class)

** Original documents to be produced at the time of admission. The parents will be responsible for all entries in the Admission Form vis a vis its authenticity. If false entries are detected on verification at anytime, the same will lead to disqualification of the candidature, even if admitted.

Important :

Registration Forms are to be filled in and submitted to the school reception.
Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms, without photographs will not be processed / accepted.
Attested copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or concerned civic authority, Address proof(Election card/ Aadhar card/ Telephone bill/ Electricity bill- any one of them) and Photocopy of Report Card of the last exam passed must be attached with the Registration Form
Mid-Term admissions are possible depending on the vacancies arising in any given class.

Procedure for fee payment

Fee is charged quarterly for every student.
Fees at the time of admission payable by Demand draft/ Pay order in favour of Amity International School, East Delhi in the school office.
The name of your ward, class and registration no. should be written at the back of the Demand Draft / Payorder.
Those using the bus must ensure that the correct amount is filled in the fee cheque. Quarterly fee is due for payment on 1st April, 1st July, 1st October and 1st January of every quarter. Last date of payment is 10th of the first month of every quarter. Late payment fine is imposed thereafter till the last day of the month. The name of the child is liable to be struck off the rolls, if the fee is not paid by the last date of the said months.
