While making the payment of Rs. 25/- , kindly mention the child’s name, date of birth, father’s name & other details correctly.
After the payment is done, the Indian Overseas Bank website will generate a payment challan which will contain a Bank Reference Number, which has to be mentioned in the Application Form (Point No 16).
