In the sudden change of the criteria would the schools accept a current registered deed as proof of residence

It's unfair for parents who want to shift for admissions be disallowed if it's a current lease. What schools could reflect is cancellation in case we do not make good our promise. Any chance of a review on this?

School Charging Rs.500 per form

Today I have gone to collect admission form from one of the Minority School based out of Vasant Kunj-Santa Maria School. This school is Nursery branch of St. Mary School of Safdarjung Enclave. To my surprise, they are charging Rs. 500 per form as against DOE notification of max. charge of Rs.25/-. Further, I am resident of Vasant Vihar , distance from my residence to school is barely 5 km , but however, I have been denied form because they don't have any bus route for Vasant…

Strong doubt on Open Lottery system in presence of parents

Hi,

After issuance of notification by DOE, I have a strong doubt on "Draw of lots system" for allotment of seats (in case of more applications received for less seats available).

If a school "XXX" has 80 seats remaining for 400 applications having 70 points in common. On the basis of "Draw of lots system", 80 candidats will be selected in presence of parents and whole process will be videographed too.

I would request the Media and Parents of their beloved Child to please stop categorization of schools which is the root cause of the Fobia which parents are suffering for their ward admissions now days....

Your effort on this now would surely be a revolution and will help Parents in 3-5 years for now..
