If i read this correctly, this rule will apply to feeder school admissions of only those schools whose main schools are on DDA land with the neighbourhood clause. And not the other way around where feeder school is on DDA land with the clause. is that a correct understanding?

(e) Regarding Feeder Schools In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble High Court in WPC 3723/1997 and as circulated vide order dated 23.03.1999, the clause 14(vii) shall apply to the feeder schools of the main schools running on the land allotted by Delhi Development Authority/Other Government Land Owning Agencies, with the condition for ensuring the admission in neighborhood/locality (as specified in 14(vii) above) irrespective of the type of land on which such feeder schools are functioning.

You are right. Neighbourhood policy applies to the feeder schools irrespective of the land it is located but only consideration is the location of the main school.

Given the situation and Final Guidelines, the path looks skeptical, fingers crossed.

Scrapping of Management quota may cause a serious hurdle.

Lets wait for commencement.

Education Minister's tweets mention "298 Schools". So I think there is no change in the list. However, cant say till they clarify this in black and white.

I think this guideline is incomplete because a separate schedule will also come. Also it is not clear  that the distance measured will be aerial distance or road distance.

Entirely online process.

No uploading of documents.

Plus a single form filling for 10 schools.

A pdf receipt of the form is generated once the payment is done online.
