Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

Distance criteria refers to the aerial distance or distance via road ?is there a standard way to calculate the same ? If one's home is say 2.8 km (aerially) but 4 km (via road) from school ,what should the parent fill in the online form?

Any news about the 298 list. This is final or still there is scope for more additions.

We will come to know when many litigants won't be on 298 school list

Doe was under pressure to bring these ews guidelines/schedule/synch them with schools which started earlier on 2 Jan

Now We will get idea of them when the associations go to court

2 different association goes separately but for the same cause

Else parents have to make some noise.

DOE still wants to keep Parents guessing about the List ? Parents have no means to know which schools have neighborhood clause in their lease agreement. This can be clarified and authenticated by DOE only.At what stage they will freeze the list

HI, For those who applied to DPS MAthura Road. Do we have to deposit the form to the school or wait for their call for verification of documents.

Secondly, While taking printout of the forms it calculated some points which didnt give the neighbour hood points. Around 30 marks. Did any one else have the same problem.

PS- I tried mailing them on their email mentioned in the admission form but it bounced back.

Hi Niladri,

For DPS, no need to submit the hardcopy of filled form and documents as of now. Pls read the guidelines carefully. If your kid gets selected, then you need to submit the hardcopy of filled form along with relevant documents.

Based by your input address in the form, distance will be calculated and points will be there.

Their email id is not working. rather you try the contact no (campus care) which ll clear your doubts.

So what does schools going to court mean? Will they follow the DOE timelines and start admission from 10th or will they wait for the court ruling and then start the admission process?

Some have started 3 - 4 started already but wait till Wed or Thursday the case will come in court n what are court orders are ...Stay ??? or let the admissions and case run together .
