Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

1. The name of the applicant, father's name / mother's name, date of birth etc. should be spelt correctly in the form as it appears in the certificates. No corrections will be allowed later on.

2. It is mandatory to fill all fields which are marked (*) in red. If any field does not applicable for you, please write NA (Not Applicable).

3. An incomplete registration form will automatically be rejected.

4. After completing the form, click on 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page. You will receive an auto-generated Acknowledgement Receipt with a reference number, USER ID & PASSWORD for further correspondence.

5. You will receive SMS also as an acknowledgement with reference number, USER ID and PASSWORD for further correspondence.

6. The USER ID & PASSWORD should be preserved by the parent to check the online admission status of the applicant.

7. Take a print out of the Form through Print Form option and Acknowledgement Receipt. You would require quoting the reference number for all future correspondence with the school.

NOTE: Applicants must retain a copy of the printout of registration form and acknowledgement receipt for their record.

Children born between 01.04.2013 to 31.03.2014 only need to apply.
There is no interview or interaction with the children.
School does not conduct interview of the parents however, there is an orientation with the parents of the admitted children.
Admission procedure is conducted under the supervision of an Admission Committee. The decision of the Admission Committee in this regard will be final and binding.
Registration process will not be complete unless a printed copy of the form is submitted in the school. Registration does not entitle the child for admission in the school.
Forms with hand written modifications / corrections will not be accepted. Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected without any intimation.
Only one copy of the form will be accepted; no change of information in the form will be entertained.
Printed copy of the filled form must be submitted at the School Reception from 11.01.2017 to 31.01.2017 between 9.00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for registration.
A fee of Rs. 25/- will be charged at the time of Registration (Non-Refundable).
The list of short-listed candidates will be displayed on the School Website and Notice Board.
In case of Twin Siblings if the first child gets selected the second child will automatically get admission.
The application form will work best in the following browsers Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer 9 and above.

The admission process based on DOE guidelines is under challenge, and hence is without prejudice to school’s right & contentions

Explanation:

NEIGHBOURHOOD

Admission shall first be offered to students residing within 1 km of the school.
In case the vacancy remains unfilled, students residing within 1 to 3 kms. of the school shall be admitted.
If there are still vacancies, then the admission shall be offered to other students residing within 3 to 6 kms. of the school.
Students residing beyond 6 kms shall be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled even after considering all the students within 6 kms area.

SIBLING (Only real brother or sister of existing students of The Heritage School, Rohini will be considered)

Out of the total applications from the first neighbourhood range of 0-1 km, the school shall first give admission to all siblings.
If the applications of sibling category in neighbourhood range of 0-1 km are in excess of the seats of General Category the draw of lots of all sibling applications (which have residence within 1 km), shall be conducted to admit the students against the number of available seats.
If the applications of sibling category within 0-1 km are less than the seats of General Category and if seats still remain vacant after exhausting sibling applications the school shall admit the students on the basis of draw of lots from the remaining applications received under the neighbourhood range of 0-1 km.
In case the total applications of 0-1 km is less than the seats of General Category, and vacancy still remain unfilled after exhausting applications from the distance range of 0-1 km, the applications from the second distance range of neighbourhood of 1-3 kms shall be considered in the above manner.
If vacancies still remain unfilled after exhausting the applications from the distance range of 1-3 kms, the applications from the third distance range of neighbourhood of 3-6 kms shall be considered in the above manner.
Students residing beyond 6 kms shall be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled even after considering all the students within 6 kms after following the procedure as mentioned above.

For the benefit of parents, I can re-affirm that the online Aadhar card for my kid got issued within 3-4 days of enrolment and I was able to download a PDF of it. Looks like the process has become quite efficient! Please go ahead and get one as some schools might require it
