Kindly ensure that you have the following with you at the time of registering online, as this needs to be uploaded with the registration form:

1. Digital Photographs of the child, father and mother (In .Jpg format) not more than 3 months old. The size of the image should be
less than 80kb and width and height should be 160px x 160px.
2. Valid personal email ids of father and mother for communication.

Important information regarding admission

1. The child should be minimum three years old as on 31st March 2017.
2. After filling the form online, HARD COPY/ PRINTof the filled form to be submitted in the school’s office on or before 31st January 2017 between 10 a.m to 1 p.m on all working days.
3. You are required to submit following at the time of submission of hard copy/print of the filled form after registering online.
Self attested Photostat copy of any one of the following documents as proof of the residence:
(a). Voter I card of any of the parents.
(b). MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Electricity Bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
(c). Aadhar Card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents
(d.) Ration card issued in the name of parents(Mother/Father having name of child).
(e.) Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.

4.You are required to submit an affidavit to prove that the applicant is your first born child.
5.You are required to Submit valid documents to substantiate Alumni,school specific parameter and proven track record of parents.
6. The particulars of the child to be filled correctly and D.O.B must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth certificate. No change whatsoever will be made after the admission.
7. You are required to carry original birth certificate, aadhaar card and other documents at the time of submission/ verification.
8. The management of the school reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular candidate. Submission of form does not mean grant of admission.
9. Incomplete registration forms or those with incorrect information will automatically stand cancelled.
10. The school does not accept any donation for admissions. Parents should beware of third parties making false claims of procuring admission and collecting money on behalf of the school. If they enter into any transaction with such parties, they will be doing so at their own risk and the school shall not be responsible for it. The school will appreciate to know if there is any such person so that proper legal action can be taken against them.
11. Parents are requested to inform the school office if there is any change in the email id, mobile numbers, address or any other relevant information at the earliest as this will help the school for future communication.
12. If your registration form is successfully uploaded, the computerized system will generate an acknowledgement receipt with the registration number which you must use in all future correspondence.
