I also faced the same problem in four school. I shown them DOE notification but they refused on my face that they cannot  accept the form as my child would be 4 years in March.

I highlighted the issue on this forum, sent complaint mailers to DOE.

Great work by Mr Vohra and his team who are helping anxious parents when they are really in need. No where updates are available except on this forum. Wish Govt agencies, Media take some lessons. Media which runs useless stories for hours does not recognize the problems being faced by parents year after year.

Procedure of registration and admission

• Registration for admission in Nursery classes will be from 02nd January 2017.
• Registration for admission to classes KG to IX (subject of availability of seats) will be in the month of March, 2017.
• Admission to all other classes i.e. KG to IX (Subject of availability of seats) will be in the last week of March on the basis of a written test and interview of the candidates.
• A candidate who has not completed the admission formalities by the said date will loose his/her claim on the seat and the same will be offered to the next student of the merit list.

Is the High Court matter over? Is there any direction for schools other than minority unaided schools on DDA land? Do other schools like Vasant Valley, Shriram etc. have to comply with the AAP notification?
