Please help with the experience regarding languages, whether one of the parent should be equipped with 4 languages or both. Also, document required for first born child.

Do we need to take the kid along?

In my opinion it is 4 languages between both the parents. Both the parents are expected to know their regional native language especially if you claiming the same
