Last year some parents confirmed that they were asked to write some sentence in the language they had given profiency details.
Nothing about the oral part as the staff sitting at the time of interaction might not be knowing that particular language.

I got call from Bhatnagar Foundation school today for verification of documents. Kindly advise if this would be only verification or some kind of interaction for Profiling purpose based on your experience.

Hi Deepankar, Based on last year experience they just check papers and ask questions like why you want to send your child to bhatnangar etc. Just normal interaction.

Hi Sakshi,

we got a call from St. Mary's- paschim vihar and after documents verification, they have given admission to our daughter.

we want to wait for the first list from our preferred school's. but they have asked us the last date of the same will be 18th and if we dont take admission, they would open the seat for someone else. kindly suggest what should be done?

is it a good school? can i take admission and then wait for the first list which comes on 7th?

Not in front runners or sought after schools

Ask them about refund policy but i will suggest you to wait for firstl list as in these cases ,the money is not refunded generally

Hi Asha Ji,

I am also waiting for call from St. Mary's,howvever I dont have any information till now. Do you have any idea on what basis are they calling. I submiited the form in first week of January. I live in Nangloi and its within 2-3km of school and its mt first child.

Also St. Mary's- paschim vihar is not my preffered school. I am also confused like you.

I am not sure on what basis they had called us. But they gave us the last day as 18th.

I think i will ask them about refund policy and if they don't have refund policy, I will skip this school

ii) Domicile Certificate of the Child or of his/her Parents.
iii) Voter I-card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
iv) Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill/ Water Bill/ Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
v) Aadhar Card/UID issued in the name of any of the Parents.
3. Proof of Sibling (wherever applicable).
4. Attested photocopy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate (wherever applicable).

Admission Guidelines

The registration process is open for admission in class Pre-School (Nur) , Pre- Primary (KG) & class I ONLY for the session 2017-18.
The child must be 3 years as on 31st March 2017 for Pre-School(NUR) The child must be 4+ years as on 31st March 2017 for Pre-Preprimary (KG) The child must be 5+ years as on 31st March 2017 for class I
The online form is only for the candidates applying under GENERAL CATEGORY ONLY. Candidates willing to apply under DG/EWS Category are required to fill the form at the website of Directorate ofEducation, Delhi.
Parents are required to fill the form online only.
Kindly fill all the particulars carefully.
Take the print of the filled registration form and attach necessary documents along with the form and submit the same at the school reception on or before 14 th February 2017 with admission registration charges Rs. 25/- between 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. during school working days only.
Please keep passport size photo of the child, mother and father ready to upload while filling the form. The size of the photograph may not be more than 100KB. The image should be in .jpg or .png format only.
The forms submitted online but not submitted in hard copy at the school reception will not be considered for the admission process.
