Hello Parents

Did anybody confirmed from Mount Carmel, Anand Niketan, that whether presence of parent at the time of draw is mandatory or no ?

Will it make any difference in considering our child for admission, if we r not there at the time of draw ?

Hi Neelam,

I called the school and was told that parent's presence is purely self choice and is not compulsory.

Hi Sakshi,

I just wanted to know can we see the First list online for all the DDA Land schools in dwarka like Sri Vekateswara,maxfort, bal bharti etc?. Or we need to go to each school individually and check .

Also Could you please confirm first list date for all the DDA land school?

Except minority schools,all schools will come with first list on 7 Mar .

menka it means, criteria would be school specific, it will be purely school autonomy, depends on them what they fix

नर्सरी एडमिशन पर दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट का बड़ा फैसला

दिल्ली सरकार के नोटिफिकेशन पर हाईकोर्ट ने स्टे लगाया

सरकार के नेबरहुड क्राइटेरिया को भी हाई कोर्ट ने रद्द किया

प्राइवेट स्कूलों को हाई कोर्ट से मिली बड़ी राहत

हाइकोर्ट ने कहा कि सरकार का नोटिफिकेशन पेरेंट्स से उनके अपनी पसंद के स्कूल मे दाखिला का अधिकारों छीन रहा था,लिहाजा इसे रद्द किया जाता है

हाई कोर्ट ने कहा कि क्वालिटी एजुकेशन के नाम पर सरकार प्राइवेट स्कूलों के साथ मनमानी नहीं कर सकती है।

हाई कोर्ट के इस फ़ैसले से इस साल नर्सरी एडमिशन को लेकर रास्ता साफ हो गया हैं।सरकार के नोटिफिकेशन के बाद पैदा हुआ संशय ख़त्म हो गया है।और अभिवावको और स्कूलों के लिए ये बड़ी राहत है।

 दिल्ली होईकोर्ट ने नर्सरी एडमिशन पर याचिकाकर्ताओं,अभिभावकों, प्राइवेट स्कूलों और राज्य सरकार की दलीलें करीब डेढ़ महीने सुनने के बाद ये फ़ैसला दिया है। प्राइवेट स्कूलों  ने दिल्ली सरकार की नर्सरी में दाखिले के लिए एलजी के नोटिफिकेशन को हाइकोर्ट मे चुनौती दी थी। 

नोटिफिकेशन मे सरकार ने प्राइवेट स्कूलों को कहा गया था कि डीडीए की जमीन पर बनेस्कूल नर्सरी में दाखिला लेने के लिए नेबरहुड क्रेटरिया को लागू करेंगे। 

इस नोटिफिकेशन से दिल्ली के 298 निजीस्कूल प्रभावित हो रहे थे। स्कूलों की एक्शन कमेटी का कहना था कि उनकेहितों को नुकसान नहीं होना चाहिए और सरकार को छात्रोंके बीच कोई भेदभाव नहीं करना चाहिए।बच्चे के माता पिता के पास ये अधिकार होना चाहिए की वो अपने बच्चे को किस स्कूल मे पढ़ाये।उनका कहनाथा कि उन्हें डीडीए की जमीन आवंटित करते समय भीनेबरहुड क्रेटेरिया तय नहीं किया गया था। हाईकोर्ट ने केंद्रऔर दिल्ली सरकार से कहा था कि वे स्कूलों का आवंटनपत्र दिखाएं जिसके आधार पर नेबरहुड क्रेटेरिया तय किया गया है। 

स्कूलों का कहना था कि सरकार कानोटिफिकेशन कानून के मुताबिक नहीं है और ये मौलिकअधिकारों का उल्लंघन करते हैं
