Few minority schools will start coming from 15 Feb.
Management Quota Stays .
can anybody plz tell, which schools are coming with their first list on 15th Feb and 28th Feb ?
Neelam
Minority schools
Rest stay tuned we will keep you posted
Court could have at least abolished management quota. No fundamental right being challenged here. It is the same dirty rut parents have to go through every year. It is time the ministry takes a stand.
Ranjan
Yes but school won case last year in HC when management quota was abolished by Delhi Govt.
Agree. But, this time, Govt was trying to rein-in only the DDA-land schools, and I can't understand how courts can give such free hand to schools operating on concessional land.
How can the authorities turn a blind-eye to rampant corruption in the name of management quota, unless, of course, being hand-in-glove.This reduces no. of seats by 20%!
Govt should at least ask them to pay for the land, if not anything else. Even though the fee hike is monitored by DoE, schools such as GD Goenka, Venkateswara Global charge anything between 15-20k p.m. Either these schools should pass the benefit of concession by reducing fees or pay for the land.
Yes, Ranjan
really dont know on what basis govt allow them to charge so much of fee.
Education is a very good business now a days.
ONLY profit NO LOSS.
HC should consider taht every year no of application are increasing so at least remove the quota.
Yes Ranjan , I too was expecting the abolishment of management quota of these 298 schools
Yes management quota should be removed.
This high court judgement is only for schools on DDA lands or all private schools?
Rajiv
Now all 1700 schools in delhi have autonomy to frame their own guidelines
HC judgement was for 298 schools( Minority got exemption earlier)
