Hi, Has any one checked the list of eligible candidates for draw in Bal bharti rohini. Pls post the list, if it is available please. The list has been pasted on the school gate, have checked it from the school.

SCHEDULE FOR DRAW OF LOTS FOR PRE-PRIMARY I (2017-18)

 

a) ALUMNI CATEGORY : No draw will be held under this category

 

b) SIBLING CATEGORY :

• Draw of lots will be held on 4th March 2017 at 10:30 am in the school premises. 
  You are requested to report by 10:00 am
• List of Eligible candidates under SIBLING category (MALE)
• List of Eligible candidates under SIBLING category (FEMALE)

 

c) GENERAL CATEGORY :

• Draw of lots will be held on 4th March 2017 at 11:30 am in the school premises. 
  You are requested to report by 11:00 am
• List of Eligible candidates under GENERAL category (MALE)
• List of Eligible candidates under GENERAL category (FEMALE)

 

NOTE :

1. Parents entry for the draw will be from Gate No. 1
2. Only one parent of the applicant will be allowed to attend the draw.
3. Please do not bring your child along for the draw.
4. Kindly carry the print out of the form/mail/SMS along with your identity proof for entry to the School premises. In the absence of any of these documents, the School reserves the right of not permitting entry to the premises for security reasons.

my kid comes under alumni category here..and i have not received any notification from school. also there is no draw..so what to expect?

will call the school tomorrow though/

Eshita - I think the no of applicant under alumni category is lesser than the number of seats 9 under this category, hence no draw is required for this category. under other categories the no of applicants are more than the no of seats so they are conducting the draw of lots
