Hi Sakshi,

If you read the circular carefully, CBSE didn't enforce NCERT books unlike it's previous orders.

And of course the schools took the opportunity of this lapse on part of CBSE. Newspapers reports were also not based on the actual circular of CBSE. Schools will not follow newspaper reports but will follow the circular.

CBSE is to be blamed for this kind of circular & schools just grabbed this opportunity with both hands. We had to pay around 4K per child for only books and stationary!!! Isn't this just insane.

Schools are selling expensive books n forcing them to buy bundled books with stationary
N have vested interest
Thats why this decision was taken
Moreover circular is not explicitly
But now let govt decide
What is right n what is not
