hi Sakshi,

I have filled form of Bosco school, Pashim Vihar. Paid Rs. 100, but when I tried to take a print out, it is not showing any result. it was not taking on the next page. I have just got a confirmation email. just wanna know if it is an online submission of forms (i.e. we no need to take a print out to the school)?? OR how i can get the print out of the form???

These guidelines are only for Registration for admission to Pre School (Nursery) Class.

Age Eligibility: Child should complete 3 yrs as on 31st March 2017

A. Distribution of seats

B. General Instructions:

i. Parents may apply online through our website www.modernconventschool.com or may apply offline.

ii. Registration forms (offline) are available at the school reception counter between 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m on all working days from 9th January 2017 to 23rd January 2017 * on payment of Registration fee of Rs. 25/-

iii. Parents applying online must submit printout of the form along with registration fee of Rs. 25/- at the school reception counter.

iv. Applicants are allowed to apply once ie. either Online or offline.

1. Birth Certificate under the Births, Deaths and Marriage Certification Act, 1986 issued by competent authority.

2. Residence Proof: Neighborhood (Please attach any one of the following given below)

i. Ration Card issued in the name of the parents (mother / father) having name of the child.

ii. Domicile Certificate of child or of his / her parents.

iii. Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.

iv. Electricity Bill / MTNL Bill / Water Bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or the child

v. Aadhar Card / UID Card issued in the name of the parents / Child.

3. Sibling: For sibling case attach Sibling’s I-Card and Fee Slip of Last Quarter as issued from Modern Convent School, Sector – 4, Dwarka

Santa Maria - Feeder branch of St.Mary's Safdarjung Enclave

Admission Criteria:

Girl Child: 50% seats are reserved for girls.

Neighborhood: No private vehicles are allowed at Santa Maria consequently only those children who are living within the walking distance of the nearest bus stop will be considered.

Sibling: Only immediate brothers/sisters in Santa Maria or St. Mary’s Safdarjung Enclave will be considered under this criterion.

Alumni: Parent should have completed 12th from St. Mary’s Safdarjung Enclave.

Special Needs: 10% seats are reserved under this category.

EWS: 10 / seats reserved under this category: Priority under this category will be given to girls living within one km of St. Mary’s Safdarjung Enclave.

Staff: Children of parents currently working with Santa Maria will be considered under this criterion.

Age Eligibility: Child should be born between ……
Nursery: Child should have completed 3 years as on 30th September 2017.
K.G.: Child should have completed 4 years as on 30th September 2017.

Admission Procedure:

1. Registration forms will be available from 2nd January 2017 between 9am -11.30am.

2. Filled in registration forms along with photocopies of relevant documents will be accepted at the school office till 23rd January between 9:00 am to 11:30 am. No form will be accepted after 23rd January 2017.

3. School prospectus is available for Rs. 250/-. The cost of registration form without the prospect is Rs. 25/-. Forms are free for children under the EWS category.

Application forms with incomplete or false information will be rejected.

1. Registration forms to be filled and submitted by the parents. All relevant documents should be attached to the Registration form.

2. List of shortlisted candidates will be put up on 15th February 2017.

3. Documents to be attached along with the registration form:

(i) An attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation. (Kindly bring the original certificate for verification).

(ii) Children applying under Christian minority quota or under the EWS quota must produce the relevant documents.
