Nursery: Minimum Age is 3+ as on 31.03.2015
KG : Minimum Age is 4+ as on 31.03.2015
Class 1 : Minimum Age is 5+ as on 31.03.2015

Hi Sakshi

Can you please help me to understand how is GD Goenka Sector 48 .

I understand it is a new school and started operations only last year . What is the overall feedback of the school.

I have some children in my complex going there and the feedback received from them seems to be encouraging .

Is it worth to have it as a first choice .

Pls visit the school see pedagogy and infrastructure.Most genuine feedback is parents feedback . It is quite positive.
Moreover i will suggest you to understand schools ideology if it matches yours go ahead.

Admissions open for Nursery- Grade IX for session 2015- 16 w.e.f. 15th August.

Few seats available for grades V- VII for Session 2014-15

When a child begins school, it is a big step not only for the child but for the whole family. We understand this, therefore, warmly invite prospective children and parents to familiarise themselves with the school prior to admission. We will be very happy to take the parents around the school and offer them the opportunity to ask questions.

Parents are free to call within school working hours and make an appointment.

The age criteria for admission are as follows:

Nursery: 3+ as on March 31 of the year the admission is sought in.

(E.g.: For admission in the academic year 2015-16, the child should be 3 years old on or before March 31, 2015.)

Add 1 year for every subsequent class.

Admission Policy

For admission to Nursery the child should have completed 3.5 years as on 31st March in the year of admission.

Incorrect or false information will automatically disqualify the candidate.

The registration form duly filled and received by the school office does not guarantee admission.

The list of selected candidates is put up on the school notice board for the admission procedure to be completed within the stipulated time.

A student seeking admission is required to produce the following certificates at the time of admission:

Municipal Birth Certificate.

School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate. (For Admissions sought in KG and above)

Progress Report of the last class attended.(Applicable for admissions in KG and above)

Two latest passport size colour photographs.

The admission slip given by the office after completion of admission formalities, must be brought on the first day of school and handed over to the office.

Is it Amity at Sector 43 (power grid) or Amity at sector 46??

Yesterday at School-expo we have told that Amity at sector 46 follows IB instead of CBSE curriculum.

Amity has 2 schools in Sector 46 - Amity Global and Amity International. Amity Global which was present in Schoolex follows IB and Amity International which was NOT present in Expo follows CBSE.
