Note: Admission for General Category of seats will be based on the above criteria as per

school’s policy for which points will be given to ensure a rational and fair result. In the

event of applicants getting identical final scores (‘tie’) in the eligible score for the balance

seats, limited use of the lottery system would be adopted from within these applicants to

select children for admission.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS (GENERAL CATEGORY)

1. (A) Registration of forms with ONLINE PAYMENT.

Step 1 - Registration with online payment of Rs. 25/-.

Step 2 - Download Registration Form on an A-4 size white sheet of paper.

Step 3 - Fill up the required information in the form.

Step 4 - Attach copies of all documents required with the form (See point 3 below).

Step 5 - Take out Print out of computer generated mail sent to you for Registration and Payment

receipt.

Step 6 - Attach copy of Registration and Payment receipt.

Step 7 - Submit the duly filled form, complete in all respects to the School Office as per the schedule.

OR

(B) Registration of forms with Payment vide Demand Draft

Step 1 -Download Registration Form on an A-4 size white sheet of paper.

Step 2 -Fill up the required information in the form.

Step 3 -Attach copies of all documents required with the form (See point 3 below).

Step 4 -Demand Draft of Rs. 25/- in favour of BLOOM PUBLIC SCHOOL as Registration Fee.

Step 5 -Submit the duly filled form, complete in all respects to the School Office as per the schedule.

Step 6 -Collect Registration Number and receipt of payment from the School office.

2. In case of incomplete form, incorrect /false information / document, the form will be rejected

without any correspondence in this regard.

3. Final Admission Formalities:

Final admission is subject to verification of the following supporting documents to be produced

in ORIGINAL.

 Date of Birth Certificate issued by any Competent Authorities.

 Proof of residence.

 Proof of Alumni (AISSCE Certificate)

 Proof of Sibling (Fee receipt)

 Proof of First Born Child - Declaration by parent (Notarized Affidavit)

4. (a) Parents will certify that all the information provided by them is

correct and they understand that if the information is found to be

incorrect or false, their ward shall be automatically debarred from

selection / admission without any correspondence in this regard.

(b) Parents also understand that the application / registration / short listing

does not guarantee admission to their ward.

(c) Parents accept the process of admission undertaken by the school and

will abide by the decision taken by the school authorities.

5. School Transport for Pre-School is available only for the following areas on select arterial & main

roads:

 Vasant Kunj (Sector A, B, C & D only)

 Munirka Vihar, Munirka Enclave, Munirka DDA

 R.K. Puram (opposite to Sector 4 & 5)

 J.N.U.

 Ber Sarai

Can anyone guide in below case:

If particular school does not come in 8 km, is it wise decision to fill form under EWS quota.
As there is 4 category which is define by distance. (8km is on 4th category)
And also happens to those EWS candidates who didn't get shortlisted after 25% quota?
Will they be considered as General or they simple rejected?

Reply to your query: 

EWS first prefrence 0 to 1 km, then 1 to 3 Km, 3 to 6 Km and so on.... so your chance in EWS is very least..

Also if EWS Candidate didnot get shortlisted after 25% quota then they simply rejected...

Please Note the Following:

If you are from EWS category: then u are eligible to fill only 1 form ... either fill General or fill EWS.

If you are from DG Category (SC, ST or OBC) then you are eligible for submitting 2 forms.. one for DG Category (EWS/DG) and you can also apply for General Category.

Are you sure OBC Category can submitting 2 forms EWS also and General also.

or else it would reject in any case.

So it would added more chance to get shortlist in school.

Also it is common rule or school specific.

Yes DG group under EWS can apply in both. But if selected in General pay tuition fee else free.

which docs are required for DG/EWS category for OBCs

Is OBC certificate enough or non-creamy layer certificate also needed

7. The parents are to apply for registration under one category only :

                               General Category

                                             OR

                                        EWS/Disadvantaged Group
