Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

Since Loreto Convent School is built on Defence land, by terms of its Lease it has to reserve 70 % of the available seats for the children of Defence Personnel and Defence Civilian Employees.This being a minority Christian School preference will be given to Catholic and Christians. If there are any vacancies left other categories will be considered.

Please note Registration is online

Dates for Registration Forms 15th Jan, 2015 to 31st Jan, 2015 online only.

Dates of verification of documents will be displayed on the website in the first week of February.

Mandatory documents to be brought for the different categories at the time for verification.

Proof of residence for all categories.

Defence Personnel-

a. Original and attested copy of birth certificate.

b. Original and attested copy of letter from the serving unit.

c. Original and attested copy of Sponsorship form from HQs, Delhi Area.

c. Original Identity card for checking.

d. Recent photograph of the child.

Roman Catholics & Christians-

a. Original and attested copy of birth certificate.

b. Original and attested copy of Baptism certificate of the child .

c. Original and attested copy of Practicing Christians for two years minimum from Parish Priest.

d. Recent Photograph of the child.

e. Original and attested copy of Voters Card/Adhaar Card.

For Siblings- (not cousins)

a. Original and attested copy of birth certificate.

b. Original and attested copy of Fee slip or Report card of sibling in school.

c. Recent Photograph of the child.

d. Original and attested copy of Voters Card /Adhaar Card.

General Category/Alumnae –

a. Original and attested copy of Board Certificate (if Alumnae).

b. Original & attested copy of character certificate issued by this School.

c. Recent Photograph of the child.

d. Original and attested copy of Voters Card/Adhaar Card.

e. Original and attested copy of birth certificate.

while filling a form, if a category does not apply to us , should it be left blank or should we write n/a?
does living it blank render the form incomplete?

Sakshi, Please help me in deciding a school, reputed school with lower student teacher ratio in Dwarka. It can be other than branded schools like DPS etc....Please your advise can secure future of my child.

Yes you can apply in all branches. But check only if you can apply in both or either of the junior schools of DPS RK Puram ( VV/EOK) after guidelines.

Only girls are eligible for admission to K.G.
Children born between 01/04/2010 and 31/03/2011 only are eligible for admission to K.G.
There will be no test or interviews of the applicants or their parents. Weightage will be given according to the following:

The weightage is without prejudice to the School’s Constitutional right to give preference to children from Christian Community.
Minority schools exempted from the ambit of RTE.

The school reserves the right to reject application forms with incomplete or false

information.

Schedule of dates for admission will be as follows:

Distribution of Application forms 2nd to 16th January 2015 between 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. (all working days) Filled in application form along with photocopies of relevant documents will be accepted at the School office (all working days) between 8.30 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. till January 17, 2015. No form will be accepted after January 17, 2015.
Make sure to submit the following documents along with the application form:

a. An attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation, and an attested photocopy of the Baptism Certificate in case of Christian candidates.(Attestation by any gazetted officer)

b. All Christian candidates must bring a letter from their respective Parish Priests/Pastors testifying to the membership of their parish. They must produce the Baptism Certificate.

c. Proof of residence: A photocopy of Elector’s ID card / Driving License / Ration card / Passport / Electricity Bill / Telephone bill – MTNL landline.

d. Rent deed will not be considered as proof of residence.
The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the notice board on February 20, 2015 at 10.00 a.m. the second list will be displayed on the notice board on February 28, 2015, if only needed.
