Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

No Sakshi. Without naming the school, all I'll say is it's certainly a much better school than Bhatnagar. All we've been told is that the fee structure hasn't been finalized yet. We'll be informed of the break-up later.

Is it sufficient to insist on a receipt for this amount (paid by DD) - without a clear demarcation of what this amount is for?

In case the amount they have asked for is about 10% above the amount that was taken last year, then it should not be something to worry of. Further, you are saying that as fees for this year has not yet been decided and so they are taking it as an approx figure..so it is only the fees that the school might be changing and nothing like 'donation'. The only problem that you can foresee is the refund policy. But nursery admissions had always been a risk...see the parents under transfer case last year who got admitted and then cancelled....so a calculated risk has to be taken ...it maybe any school.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. You make a valid point.

What I'm concerned about is exactly that - whether or not this amount will be adjusted against tuition fee/transport fee/development fee etc. Since it's not being given a name, I don't know whether this will go in as donation or fees, and hence how it will be treated at the time of refund, if we ask for one later.

i have received a call from junior feeder branch at rkpuram

they asked 25000 to one foundation which i am not aware of and 10000 in the name of the school,

i understand 25000 in the name of a trust will be treated as donation and will be non-refundable and 10000 i can hope after some cut can be refunded, but not sure. all other payments which they cannot tell like quarterly fees, transport other charges will only be paid in march.

this clearly shows the business mindset in the name of school education these institutions are playing with parents. Emotional parents are just acting like puppets in the hand of these people.

Our education minister just can sit and watch these happening under her nose in Delhi.

3 years back i got my son admitted, without these issues and problems and frightened what's the foundation that we have to give to our little kids for their and country's bright future.

Draw help for Sibling category only: below is from from school notice......

Thank you very much for the overwhelming response to the Pre-School
Admission Process 2015- 16.
As per the admission criteria adopted by the school, 20% seats are reserved for
the sibling. After going through the records it has been observed that the
number of applicants is more than the seats available, in view of the above it
has been decided to hold a draw of lots on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at 3:15
p.m. in the school premises.
Entry is restricted to only those concerned parents holding registration slip along
with photo ID proof

I cant find anything on Indraprastha paschim vihar website...General category selected candidates list will up put up on monday i.e 12 Jan...please anyone update the info about this ????
