thats what i gussed too, they are famous for this, demanding exorbitant donations.

i ve heard they do this their own 10th std students, you ve to pay to get your desired group in 11th. it's really sad.

they should rename the Management Quota Seat as Paid Seat. So much for RTE with the schoold flouting all the rules and regulations.

VIS will be taking this amount. They took 2 lakhs  a year before and prior to that also.

Its insane 2.5 L for nursery admission. my entire life's education(school, under grad and post grad) cost less then than this.

can you share any reviews about St Thomas Dwarka? Does this branch carry the discipline and rigor of its parent branch in Mandir Marg? Also please rank St Thomas against VIS Dwarka.

Hi Priya, was the draw at Sachdeva Global Dwarka only for 100 pointers or for all?? Will the seats be over with all 100 pointers??

Yes the draw was for only 100 pointers. And there would be no separate draw for those scoring less points. Interestingly (and perhaps ironically) one could get 100 points only in case of girl child. In my view this draw was complete eye-wash, as those with boys didn't even get a chance to participate in draw. I called up the school to clarify, and their response was that - we've seats in other categories "management quota".  This is what the so called autonomy does...  I would request if Mr.Vohra can highlight this to DOE and other authorities...  Anyhow, I am going to write to DOE sharing this... Would request other parents as well to point out the anomalies experienced by them in other schools...  without the parents being united, the schools would continue taking us for a ride..

i never realized, only girl children were able to participate in the draw. its very unfair to boys. 

i hope DOE intervenes.

Dear Bindesh

In that case they would have to put up the criteria for 100 pointers only and not less than 100. I have a daughter but i am not in 100 pointers list.
