General Guidelines:-
 An acknowledge slip with an application number will be given on submission of the Form.
Please use this number for any further query.
 Incomplete Forms or Forms without supporting documents will not be considered for
admission and no further communication will be entertained.

Duplicate forms shall be
rejected.
 If any of the required information / documents are found to be incorrect / altered, the school
reserves the right to cancel the admission, even after the session commences.
 In case of twins, if one child gets selected, the other may be considered for admission at a
later stage.

Staff Category - Admission under this category is reserved for staff children. Vacant seats, if
any, shall be considered for the General Category.
 Siblings Category – No points will be awarded to applicants under this category. In case of
applications greater than the required number of allocated seats, the selection will be made
through a draw of lots, taking into consideration that there is no history of fee defaulting. Vacant
seats, if any, shall be considered for the General Category.
 Management Quota – Seats will be filled as per the discretion of the School Management.
 General Quota – Selection under this category will be based on the Point System and
applicants with highest points will be considered first. In case of a tie, selection will be done

 First Born – An affidavit to be given by parents confirming that the applicant is their first born
child.
 Inter-State Transfer – Copies of the Appointment Letter of the current employer and the
Relieving Letter from the previous employer will need to be attached. All Inter-State Transfers
with effect from 1st January 2014 till 10th January 2015 will be considered under this category,
including transfers from the NCR.

List of Supporting Documents to be attached with the Application Form.
Please keep Originals available for verification at the time of submission of the
Application Form.
For General Category:-
1. For Proof of Residence, an attested copy of any one of the following documents is required:
 Ration Card
 Voter I-D card
 Telephone Bill
 Electricity Bill
 Water Bill
 Passport
 Rent Agreement.
2. Child's Birth Certificate from MCD.
3. Self-Attested Affidavit by the parents confirming that the applicant is their first born child.
4. Copies of the Appointment Letter of the current employer and the Relieving Letter from the
previous employer will need to be attached. All Inter-State Transfers with effect from 1st January
2014 till 10th January 2015 will be considered under this category, including transfers from the
NCR.

The Draw of Lots for the list of eligible candidates under the General Category will be held on Thursday, 15th January, 2015 at 1 pm from those securing 90 points. The list of these applicants will be displayed by 11 am on the same day and the Final List of Applicants being offered admission will be put up by 5 pm.

hi sakshi ji this is regarding sardar Patel vidhyalaya , I had filled up the form n submitted it as well but as I was about to get the reciept for print out page got closed due to some technical problem n now m not able to open my. child's application form as all the details got lost
although I have emailed a request on the given help desk email I'd regarding the same ,but haven't received any feedback yet .. Can u help in this
