You need to first create a login id at http://admission.birla.ac.in/addmission/signup.jsp 

After that you can login and fill the form as per instructions.

Please register your email address first.. as suggested... but this also having some issue. Once u registered a mail comes to u and as u click to activate ur id it's getting error page :(

Kamal don't worry ant the error page..once u click n see the error page ur email a/c is activated.go to the school site n fill the form

I have also tried to fill the form thrice now with the same result that on third step it does not allow me to print or down load it saying no data found but before that application successfully submitted. I am really scared that by doing this I am filling the form multiple times or not at all.

trying to call the school since in the morning but nobody picking. can anyone suggest anything. pls.
