Admission shall be first offered to eligible students belonging to Disadvantaged Group including ‘’ORPHAN’’ as defined in The Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) & RTE Act 2009 residing within 1 km of this school. In case, the vacancies remain unfilled, students residing within 3 km, thereafter 6 km and beyond 6km, will be offered.

GENERAL NORMS: Date: 18th December 2014

1. Only girls are eligible for admission to K.G.

2. Children born between 01/04/2010 and 31/03/2011 only are eligible for admission to K.G.

3. There will be no test or interviews of the applicants or their parents. Weightage will be given according to the following:

Distribution of Application forms 2nd to 16th January 2015 between 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. (all working days) Filled in application form along with photocopies of relevant documents will be accepted at the School office (all working days) between 8.30 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. till January 17, 2015. No form will be accepted after January 17, 2015.

7. Make sure to submit the following documents along with the application form:

a. An attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation, and an attested photocopy of the Baptism Certificate in case of Christian candidates.(Attestation by any gazetted officer)

b. All Christian candidates must bring a letter from their respective Parish Priests/Pastors testifying to the membership of their parish. They must produce the Baptism Certificate.

c. Proof of residence: A photocopy of Elector’s ID card / Driving License / Ration card / Passport / Electricity Bill / Telephone bill – MTNL landline.

d. Rent deed will not be considered as proof of residence.

8. The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the notice board on February 20, 2015 at 10.00 a.m. the second list will be displayed on the notice board on February 28, 2015, if only needed.
