Hello,

Does any one have idea regarding the second list selected candidate admission in summer field school kailash colony.

The school has collected fee and required documents for admission from the second list candidate also. but not given admission number. I am wondering what is happening the behind?

Please if some one has any idea regarding the same.

b) EWS Registration as per Government norms.

c) Stated special needs children to apply under the quota. If the application is in the General category, the admission will be cancelled.

c. In case of EWS / Disadvantaged Group Category, Annual Income Certificate of the parents issued by S.D.M. of the area or Tehsildar will be required with date of Issue not earlier than 31st March, 2015 (Original Certificate will be submitted to the school) or BPL Ration Card (Yellow Coloured) or AAY Ration Card (Pink Coloured). Please refer to the guidelines provided along with the EWS / Disadvantaged Group Category form issued by Directorate of Education.

d. In case of Sibling – Fee receipt of the sibling studying in Ambience Public School

e. Affidavit for first born child.

f. Affidavit for second girl child in case first child is also a girl child.

g. Alumni – is considered if the parent has studied in Ambience Public School for a minimum of 5 years. School Leaving Certificate is required as a proof.

10. Declaration from parents:

a. Parents will certify that all the information provided by them is correct.

b. Parents also understand that the application / registration / short listing does not guarantee admission to their ward.

c. Parents accept the process of admission undertaken by the school and will abide by the decision taken by the school authorities.

d. Parents accept that in case of twin children, in a situation of draw of lots, the name of both will be considered in a single slip. Either both will be selected or both will not be considered for admission.
