GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL THE ONLINE FORM:
Before filling the form, please refer to the general information carefully.
Fill the online registration form which is available through a link in website.
Kindly fill all the required information carefully and correctly, else form will be rejected.
It is mandatory to provide the mobile number of parents in the form to receive notification on admission (if any to be sent).
PROCEDURE FOR FILING ONLINE FORM:

Go to status bar of the website >ADMISSION> click ADMISSION 2016-17 > Click Nursery Class > Click ONLINE REGISTRATION.
Fill in the details of the applicant.
Payment gateway - The online payment of Rs. 25 and the convenience fee inclusive of statutory taxes towards 'on-line registration' form shall be done through Net Banking / Credit Card/Debit Card.
Once submitting the registration form successfully, you will receive an auto-generated Acknowledgement Receipt with a reference number for further correspondence. The Acknowledgement Receipt will also generate USER ID and a PASSWORD. Please make sure Pop-up blocker is Turn Off, to get the acknowledgement receipt.
Take two print outs of the filled online form.
You will be required to bring a print out of the filled form along with attested photocopies and the original documents on the day of the verification only.

Attested photocopy of the birth certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority. The name of the child and parents must be endorsed in the Birth Certificate duly countersigned by Registrar of Birth.
c) In case of sibling :
Please bring the Photo copy of latest Report card/ID card/latest Fee bill (any one).
d) To verify First Born / Twin Child :
For First Born – Self Declaration by parents duly attested by Gazetted Officer.

PLEASE BRING THE ORIGINALS OF ALL THE DOCUMENTS YOU WOULD PRODUCE AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION ONLY.
SHORTLISTING OF APLLICANT IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS IN ORIGINAL.
PHOTOCOPIES OF THE ORIGINALS TO BE SELF ATTESTED or by GAZETTED OFFICER ONLY.
IN CASE OF ANY APPLICANT IS FOUND TO HAVE FABRICATED/ FAULTY INFORMATION, REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AND IT WILL NOT BE PROCESS FURTHER FOR ADMISSION.

8. MODE OF PAYMENT OF FEES AT THE TIME OF FINAL ADMISSION(General Category)
The mode of payment of fees at the time of securing final admission will be through DD only.
1. Fee is to be paid by DD ONLY.
2. DD shall be in favour of “ST THOMAS SCHOOL”, payable at New Delhi.
3. Please write the name of the child, fathers /mother’s name & mobile no. at the backside of the DD.
SELECTION CRITERIA
The selection of the applicant will be according to the points system as per the stated admission parameters mentioned in the pre-page.
For all the applicants, points will be calculated and the first list will be prepared for the first 120 applicants (General Category), followed by the waiting list of 120 applicants.
Waiting list will be converted into the second list – depending on the availability of seats.
In case of tie (in final scores) in lower eligible scoring, a limited draw of lots for those applicants would be opted. The draw of lot will be done only in case of availability for admission.
The final list will be displayed in descending order. CRITERIA FOR TWINS: In case of selection by draw of lots of either of the child, the second/twin child will also be considered for the admission.
The admission of the applicant will be considered as final based on the verification of the original documents.

Guidelines and procedure for filling the Online Registration Form
General instructions:
i. Children who complete three years by 31st March 2016 (Born between 1-4-2012 to 31-3-2013) only are eligible for registration for the academic session 2016-2017.
ii. The total number of seats available to class Pre-School 2016-17 are 240 (Open Seats – 118 i.e. 49%; Children with Special Needs- 2 i.e. 1%; Economically Weaker Section- 60 i.e. 25%; Staff quota-12 i.e. 5%; Management quota-48 i.e. 20%)
iii. Apply online through the website - www.dpsmathuraroad.net (Open seats, Staff quota, Management quota).
iv. Before filling the form please refer to the detailed instructions given under criteria definition carefully.
1. Fill the form on the website.
2. Take two/three printouts of the filled form.
3. A list of short listed candidates for verification and admission, draw of lot in case any, for all categories will be displayed on the school website on the dates specified below. You will be required to bring a print out of the filled form, original documents, attested photocopies, demand draft and photographs on the day of verification and subsequent admission.
4. Please keep a copy / printout of the filled form for your record.
Important information
Children with special needs and suffering from disabilities – Any child who can be part of the main stream under inclusive education with the available facilities in the school. It is clarified that D.P.S. Mathura Road is a general school and not a school for children with special needs and disabilities. Only those children who can be mainstreamed in the school, would be considered for admission. A certificate of disability (in original) from a government hospital should be shown at the time of verification.
Any concealment of relevant information if discovered later would lead to cancellation of admission.
* The seats for 1% Special Needs Quota shall be filled through draw of lots within this category of all registered applicants residing within the 15 k.m. radius. In case the seats are not filled, the vacant seats will automatically be included in the open seats.
After filling up the online form along with unique number generated by the computer, click on the submit button and take print out of the form. Kindly take two print outs of the filled form, one of which needs to be submitted with required documents at the time of verification and subsequent admission and the other can serve as a record with self.
Any form without unique number will be invalid.
You are advised to fill in only one online form. In case of an error while filling the online form kindly intimate the admission team through an email at admissionps@gmail.com latest by 3rd February 2016
No changes shall be entertained thereafter.
