But I expected this. If there are 7 - 8 seats vacant, they'll then use draw for 2000+ applicants.

I completely support Rahul Verma's statement "Most of the DPS schools and other most sought after old schools are now only bastions of alumni and siblings with others not even qualifying for draw. This is sad state of affairs."......It is proved to be major fault for having single child in this populated country or not having sibling or not being single parent...Most of the single parent's Guradia name is Male names...there must be fake documents to prove Single parents...

Even my office boy's son has a good shot at getting into a DPS RKP or a Vasant Valley or a Shri Ram - I don't. Why the hell did I get a degree and a job? I should have lived in slums to give my child a better shot at life. This EWS reservation just sucks.

Before getting emotional..Please go  and live that life in slum for a year. Its easy to write such things. Even though I myself struggling for my daughter admission in general category without any points except distance but I wont say EWS sucks.. They also deserve good and fair chance even they are living that life.

Atleast it is better than caste/religion based reservation.

That's my viewpoint ..No offense to anyone

Hi Sakshi/Lathaa,

Need a clarity. 

Like for e.g i applied in Bal Bharti and there 1st list will be out on 15th and 2nd on 29th. So i should be present there??

Is this the date for lucky draw or they themselves will just bring out list. In this forum only i got to know about concept of lucky draw. 

So i am not aware of it. because on school website they have not written lucky draw date or parent should be present...

plss help and guide.
