Most of the DPS schools and other most sought after old schools are now only bastions of alumni and siblings with others not even qualifying for draw. This is sad state of affairs.

They should not even ask for applications from non alumni /sibling.

True, or otherwise they should at least bare minimum 10% reserved for non alumni/sibling. If you dont get selected in a fair draw its understandable but if you are not given a chance at all then its a big problem.

They should bloody get rid of all this reservation shit. I live at walking distance from DPS VK and I'm between 500 and 600 on the list.

When we were growing up, all the jobs went to SC/ST and minorities and now even our kid's nursery seats are getting eaten by EWS folks. 

Regular folks are getting treated like third class citizens while EWS and other minorities get the red carpet. The whole system sucks.
