नर्सरी एडमीशन मे अधिकतम उम्र 4 साल करने का मामला #दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने दो दिनों में दूसरा बड़ा झटका दिया दिल्ली सरकार को,केजरीवाल सरकार को एक और झटका#HC ने दिल्ली सरकार के 18 दिसंबर के आदेश पर लगाई रोक,नर्सरी में दाखिले की अधिकतम उम्र 4 साल के आदेश पर रोक,दो दिनों में केजरीवाल सरकार को HC से दूसरा बड़ा झटका#सरकार के एक और फैसले पर लगी रोक,दिल्ली हाइकोर्ट ने कहा केजरीवाल सरकार जनता ख़ास तौर पर बच्चों के साथ खिलवाड़ नहीं कर सकती,इस तरह के आदेशों से जनता को झटका देना सही नहीं#4 साल से अधिक उम्र के बच्चों को भी अब नर्सरी में मिलेगा दाखिला,सरकार ने दाखिले के वक़्त बच्चे की उम्र 4 साल से नीचे का आदेश दिया था#अदालत ने सरकार के आदेश कि अधिकतम उम्र दाखिले की चार से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए,उसपर रोक लगाई,कुछ अभिभावकों की अपील पर अदालत ने ये आदेश दिया

Wow! Now will the schools finally realize our problem and revise the lists?? my son got rejected for a few schools just because he is going to be above 4 years !

Also, what about applying to those schools which rejected our forms on submission itself saying our wards are non-eligible? I missed out on DPS Dwarka for the same reason! This is too late for us I guess, right?

A big relief, as my daughter is 4.5 years old. Will schools change the format again? What will be the procedure now?

If you have applied to some schools where forms were accepted you stand a chance but the schools which outrightly rejected forms obviously are a gone game for you. Same is with me as my son would have been 4 years 13 days! I wish verdicts really came early and schools would have been guided to follow same rules. Some schools accepted and some rejected forms was not at all fair!

I applied with Mothers, Modern VV and Tagore but for KG. All south delhi schools had below 4 yrs criteria. My daughter is 4 years 5 months

Those schools are already rejected 4 year above children form .In this case what parents have to do .they have to fill the form again .

My daughter is completed 4year on 31.March.2016,I have tried for Nursery mostly schools are rejected their forms now the law has changed .So what should I do now.

Please suggest.

Further to the Registration process for Pre-School admission held from 01 Jan 2016 to 22 Jan 2016, a total of 3807 applicants have registered for admission. List of all registered applicants with score in descending order is attached as a separate document.

106 applicants scoring 50 points and above in aggregate as per the list attached have been shortlisted for verification of documents for 98 seats under General Category. The schedule of verification is appended below:-

The following documents in original are required to be presented for verification along with a set of attested photo copies.

 Original Birth Certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.

 Some indicative documents which can be submitted as proof of residence (any two proofs of the following)

I) Ration card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father having name of child)

ii) Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents

iii) Voter-I Card (EPIC) of any of the parent

iv) Latest Electricity bill/MTNL bill/Water bill/passport in the name of any of the parent or child.

V) Aadhar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parent.

 Self Declaration of parents with regard to Girl Child or First Born child.

 Medical fitness certificate of the child issued by a Medical Officer.

 In case of sibling applicants, the school Identity Card /Fee Bill of the sibling studying in DPS Dwarka.

 For Differently-able applicants, a certificate of disability issued by a competent authority is to be submitted.

 Copy of AISSCE (Class XII) Board Pass certificate/ Marks Statement of the parent(s) for claim under Alumni Category.

 For claim under the Single Parent Category, please submitted the following documents:-

1. Widow/Widower: Valid/Legal proof (Death Certificate) and undertaking of present Single Status.

2. Legally Divorced : Divorce document/Decree along with proof of legal custody of child and undertaking of present Single Status.

Parents are requested to adhere to the allotted time to avoid inconvenience to other parents.

Draw of lots for Children with Special Needs if any, will be held on 09 Feb 2016 immediately after the verification process.

Draw of lots for Open seats, if any, will be notified on Tuesday, 09 Feb 2016 and draw of lots will be held on Wednesday, 10 Feb 2016

Please Note that Self Attested photo copies of the above documents are to be submitted. No undertaking regarding the documents mentioned above and/or additional time for submission of documents will be accepted at the time of verification of documents.
