Applications received under CWSN category are being reviewed,the list of selected three candidates shall be put up on 17.02.2016 at 2:00 pm.

General Instructions

Parents of all the provisionally selected candidates must read the following general instructions carefully:

• Admission will be subject to verification of all relevant documents.

 

• Please note the date and time of verification from the Provisional List/ Verification Schedule carefully.

 

• You are requested to bring the following documents, at the time of verification.
  
  1. Original Birth Certificate & Immunization schedule of the child along with self-attested photocopies.
  
  
  1. Original Proof of Residence (in the Parent's Name), along with self-attested photocopy.

     Any one of the following

     • Ration Card
     • Voter's I Card
     • Driving License
     • Domocile certificate of the Child/Parent
     • Passport
     • Aadhar Card/ UID Card
     • Electricity / Water / Telephone Bill
  
  
  1. Passport size coloured photograph of the Mother, Father and the child.
  
  
  1. Latest(original) fee slip of the older child studying in BBPS (GRH Marg/Pusa Road Campus), only for OP category.
  
  
  1. Original Xth or XIIth certificate along with the proof of minimum 5 years stay in school, only for OS category.
  
  
  1. Medical fitness certificate of your ward from a registered medical practitioner(at least MBBS) as per the format provided by the school.

  1. Declaration cum Undertaking on Rs 50/- stamp paper (click here to download specimen).
  
  
  1. Declaration-First Born Child, if applicable, on Rs 50/- stamp paper (click here to download specimen).

• Please note that without the above mentioned documents, admission will not be granted to your ward.

Note:

• Report with the above mentioned documents for verification on the scheduled date and time  in the Vice Principal’s  office , BBPS GRH Marg, New Delhi.
• If any information provided by the parent is found to be False/Incorrect, at any subsequent stage, the admission of their ward will be automatically cancelled.

I believe this is not list based on DOL as the list of candidates eligible for lottery will be put up on the school website on 18.2.2016 (Thursday) at 3:00 p.m.
