Both are good dps vk coming up very well at par with dps rkp has bigger brand value.
See distance also n lot of academic pressure in rkp after 5th grade.

How much is the monthly fees in heritage rohini ? Including meals

Initially they are asking dd of 60000 , does it include any monthly fees ?

i think Sanskriti school allowed general people for limited seats in earlier year also because in their school site, in fee structure for 2015-16 they have give two categories 1. Government and 2. General (General category fee is more). You can check.

and one thing more these 17 parents as you mentioned above will automatically selected even if they applied in government category because it was mentioned in school criteria (govt. category) that "sibling will be given preference". therefore in my view process is fair.

How you can say that ? Because all 31 student with 'sibling' already studying in the school got admission in 'govt category' without draw of lots. For 'general category' 17 students got maximum 50 marks and there was 'draw of lots' among them for 15 seats. So I fail to understand why someone will do what you are saying. Under 'govt category' there was 'draw of lot' for 59 seats among 159 seats, where parent were present and it was parents who put the 'chits' into the box and picked them 'one by one'. The whole process was FAIR.
