Thats quite strange.. Attending DOL should not be mandatory.. and I have attended 8 DOLs in South Delhi but presence of parents wasn't compulsory anywhere.

There is no such guideline by DOE to be compulsorily present at the Draws. Schools have to perform draw transparently, and they can / should invite parents to validate the same but one should not expect parents to run from one DOL to the other, esp when most of them are scheduled on the same day/similar time slots.

Holy Child specifying this so blantantly on their website doesn't look right. I think any school can do what they want, at this moment, with no forum for parents to complaint.
