In k.r. mangalam g.k-2 there are 2 lists - 1st list and 2nd list. The school is saying that admission through both lists are confirmed. Just pay the fees and the admission is secured.

My daughter is in the 2nd list and i am confused if this is a con job or what as there is no waiting list which is out yet.

both the lists have exactly the same no. Of applicants in alphabetically order - 120 each.

I am happy to pay the fees tomorrow but cant understand the schools list which is unique to both k.r.mangalam and their other group school - summer fields kailash colony.

please advise and guide.

They might put in summerfield and if everything is ok take receipt and ask for fee refund policy

I too had the same doubt. I too asked and they said, its confirmed - both the lists. Fail to understand how can they have 240 seats for Nursery and all confirmed - no waiting list.

1. If you see the k.r.mangalam gk2 website it says 160 seats whereas the list that is out is for 240 seats (both 1st list and 2nd list)?

2. Like i said its unique to the k.r.mangalam and summer fields school that they have 2 lists - 1st list and 2nd list confirming admission on both without declaring a waiting list... cant understand this at all...

3. My daughter is in the 1st list of summer fields school. They too have a 2nd list confirming admission to both lists. I have compared the lists from k.r.mangalam and summer fields school. They are different to each other, even though they are part of the same group of institutions. Actually they are supposed to be different, thats how parents fill the forms based on their choices.

4. I dont want my daughter to join summer fields even if she is in the first list as its not my preferred choice.
How is that i pay fees for k.r.mangalam and they make her join summer fields. This shouldnt be possible, as parents have the right to chose considering there are separate forms anyway?

Can they force me to make my daughter join summer fields instead even after paying k.r.mangalam fees?

Hi Rahul,

Even the same question I asked to KRM GK2 reception and cash office and both of them gave me the same answer as you got. Do not know what will happen if all the kids from second list confirmed the admission prior to the first list kids, then there is no value for priority of lists.

The similar thing I observed in Cambridge school also.

Hi sakshi, are you aware if the refund policy of k.r.mangalam gk2. The school didnt share it today, will ask again tomorrow.
