you can show your documents for address proof and also give proof child is staying with you .some school give points for single parents but many ask for decree n few give points on court affidavit again school specific in case they have points for single parents.

All schools will start issuing forms from 1.1.2016 only including central Delhi schools.

Please let me know, I don't have any document showing Delhi as address proof except rental agreement.

Is Rental agreement is valid address proof document and how old it should be?? or then what is the option?

A Court registered rent dead at least 6 months old is valid. Apply for MTNL and have bill too.

Only rent deed is not enough, do we need MTNL bill also??
