Hi Sakshi. .. I just went through the recent blog on traditional vs new age schools. .clearly new age schools sound better. .I guess most schools around us are traditional schools. ..DPS, bal bharti, Montford, apeejay, etc...what about GD Goenka? ...which are the new age schools in North Delhi? Should traditional schools still be our priority?

G d goenka does not follow new age pedagogy.

In your area heritage ..pp int are following

Else vasant valley ..shriram. sanskriti. .PGGS are new age schools
Spv also is mixed

NCR has many like shiv nadar ..giis ..dps sec 132 ..global genesis and many more

But you should stick to dps n other schools with proven track record as not much new age schools in Delhi.




In ncr parents
are prefering new age school.

Thanks for your reply. Please also recommend: My son got admission in Genesis Noida (over 1 hour away from us) but nowhere in Delhi so far..I am trying for some good schools in North Delhi, which are nearer to my place but all are traditional. Do you recommend trying for Montford/ Bal Bharti Pitampura, DPS, GD Goenka etc...or would you recommend sending him to Genesis Noida?

Genesis Global is very good school but 2 hrs travelling daily for 3 yrs old is not recommended you can shift him later as admissions is not a problem there.try to get nearby till he goes in 1st.

Hi Sakshi,

My son has a waiting list 46 (in order of draw of lots) out of waiting list 50 in Amity International Saket. Total General category seats is 127. What are chances of an admission offer?
