Members Please tell whether Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan Mehta Vidayalay. Kasturba Gandi Marg is worth to get the ward admitted there.

Amit results will be out on 17. feb..I have heard academic wise its gr8 school..don't know abt extra curricular ...

Banyan Tree List of Eligible candidates for draw of lots--- it seems that it is a girl school. out of 308 candidates only less than 10 boys have been made eligible for draw. this is totally unfair system.

They have extra points for girl child. Maximum fell in total of neighborhood and first born category. So stuck with 40 points only. Not eligible for draw as well.

I have got a call to deposit fees in GD Goenka Sarita Vihar in next week.

Now I need to choose between Amity International Sec 44 Noida and GD Goenka SV. 

Sakshi/Latha - Can you please advise ..on this front ?

Few points -

a) Fees in both schools comparable
b) GD Goenka SV is a 5 min walk from our house, Amity - we will have to send our son in bus which will take 30-45 min

VGS Rohini asking for Rs 85,000 as donation even when my daughter's name is in the first list on the basis of draw held on 16th Jan. This is in addition to the Rs 48,000 towards fees for first quarter and admission fees. They never disclosed the donation amount of 85,000 earlier. I ahd thought this was a good school but now realise this is just another one of those indulging in foul practices to make money.

Hi Rohit, this practice is followed by Many Schools. Maxfort is also one of them.

Is Rs. 48,000 their quarterly fees all inclusive or are there other charges too?

This is excluding transport of 2,400 per month
