Is it not simple to give the self declaration of all the things i.e. first child, girl child etc instead of making affidavits which is also just waste of money to submit registration forms in different schools and after the finalisation of the name or at the time of verification or admission of the child, they may demand the original affidavit or reject the admission form and may consider  waiting list?

Medical certificate by most of the school as at the time of admission .BC schools which are not online might ask at the time of issuing forms.

Photocopy of affidavit for first child will be considered or do we have to submit in original for every school

What's the Age Criteria and documents required for the nursery admission in DAV, R. K. Puram. Nothing is mentioned in the site http://davrkpuram.com/ . Also mention date of submission, point criteria. Please help
