If you are a Jain community get a Jain Community certificate issued by the competent Authority will do.

Can someone please share the first born affidavit format required for Springdales Dhaula Kuan. Also is it required with the form or if the student name come in lottery.

I read that form can be of max 25 rs, but indraprastha world school selling it for 500.

Yes, they initially offer the prospectus for Rs 500 but when you tell them that you need only the form they will charge Rs 25 only

5) You will receive a registration no. on your mobile, which will be valid only after payment of the above mentioned fee. Save it for further reference.
