Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

As DPS mentioned "Please note, both parents have to be present to submit self-attested copies of the above listed documents and to sign the letter of undertaking in the presence of the verification team."

i am afraid when the list will be out in feb , both the parents will still be in China. Only grand parent will be able to go as guardian. Based on your experience do you think its feasible.

The neighboring distance criteria is aerial distance?

Hi Sakshi,

Please tell us if the distance is Aerial or using the google maps for Bal Bharti, Pitampura.

My nearest distance using google maps is 3.9 KMs and I think it could be less then 3 KMs if we consider Aerial distance. So really need your help here. Please confirm.

Bal Bharati Pitampura has seats reserved for Siblings and also points for Siblings... Thus making it almost impossible to get through for non- sibling candidates...

Registration Form and guidelines for filling the Registration Form for General Category [ Open Seats]

General Information:

Total Number of Seats	140
20% Seats for Management Quota	28
25% Seats for EWS Category	35

*2 Seats are reserved for Children with Special Needs

1. Age : 3+ as on 31^st March 2016 (Children born between 1 April 2012 and 31 March 2013 will be considered)
2. For General Category Candidates

Application forms will be available online between Friday, 1 January 2016 and Friday, 22 January 2016 at http://www.dpsrohini.com.
A Pay Order / Draft of Rs 25/- (Rupees Twenty five only) drawn in favour of Delhi Public School- Rohini must be sent to reach Delhi Public School - Rohini, Phase III, Sector - 24, Rohini, New Delhi 110085 latest by Friday, 22 January 2016 along with a print out of the submitted form. Please mention your child’s name and registration number received after submission of the ‘online form’ at the back of the draft/pay order.
Forms received after Friday, 22 January 2016 will not be accepted.
Please keep a print / photocopy of duly filled registration form for future reference.

The following schedule will be observed for Nursery (Pre School Admissions 2016-2017) for Delhi Public School Rohini.

Commencement of On-line Registration	Friday, 1 January 2016

Uploading details of children who apply for admission under open seats	Saturday, 30 January 2016
Uploading marks (as per point system) given to each of the children who applied for admission under open seats	Friday, 5 February 2016

The date for displaying the second list of selected Candidates (If any) (including waiting list) (along with marks allotted under points system)	Monday, 29 February 2016

Admission Parameters:

Sibling	30 Points
DPS Alumni	20 Points
Girl Child / First Born	05 points

Explanation:

Neighbourhood – Localities and areas based on aerial distance upto 15 Kms will be considered. Kindly check the link mentioned in the online registration form for reference.
Sibling – Only real brother or sister of existing students of DPS Rohini will be considered.
DPS Alumni – DPS Alumni of core schools of DPS Society – Father -10
Mother - 10
Child with special needs – Only children with low vision and marginal locomotor disability, who can be mainstreamed within the existing facilities of the school may apply. Appropriate Medical Certificate from a registered specialist associated with a Government Hospital or a recognized established Private Hospital to be attached.
Single Parent - Only widow / widower will be considered for single parent.

Kindly Note:

Due to a limited number of seats, it will not be possible to admit all those who apply. The application made here does not, in any way, entitle the candidate to be admitted to the school.
Transport will be provided on existing routes only. Since limited transport facilities are available on specific routes, admission will not automatically ensure a seat in the school bus.
All relevant documents will be verified before the display of lists. The applicants shall produce the relevant documents in original at the time of verification along with a set of SELF ATTESTED photocopies as and when required by the school. List of short listed candidates will be put up online. Kindly keep in touch with the school website.

Instructions for Filling up the Online form:

i. This is an electronic registration form for Delhi Public School, Rohini only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid rejection of your form. All you need to do is to fill in the boxes with the required information.

ii. Please fill in each entry of the form and write N.A for those entries, which are not applicable to you. Do not leave any entry blank.

iii. Do not press ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use `TAB KEY` or mouse control for the same.

iv. After completing the registration form, click on the `Final Submit` button for final registration and printing of the form.

v. Immediately a registration number will be generated and an acknowledgement mail with weightage details will reach your Email Id mentioned by you in the form.

vi. In case of any discrepancy in the weightage details, kindly write an E-mail to nursery@dpsrohini.com. Mails regarding this will not be accepted after Saturday, 6 February 2016.

vii. A print out of the same form should reach the school along with a Pay Order / Draft of Rs 25/- (Rupees Twenty five only) drawn in favour of Delhi Public School- Rohini latest by Friday, 22 January 2016. Please mention your child’s name and registration number received after submission of the ‘online form’ at the back of the draft/pay order.

viii. The Registration formality will be complete only on the receipt of the Pay Order / Draft.

ix. To avoid discrepancy, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.

x. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.

xi. In case of query, you can write an E-mail to nursery@dpsrohini.com. Queries at any other E-mail ID will not be accepted.
