AS PER GUIDELINES OF DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, DELHI Information Regarding Nursery Registration 2016-2017

The Registration for General/EWS students of Pre-School class for the Academic Session 2016-2017 will begin from 01 January,2016 to 22 January,2016. Registration forms will be available on school's website www.agdav.edu.in. EWS candidates can also collect the Registration Form from school, free of cost, between 8:30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. The age criteria for Pre-School is 3+ as on 1st April, 2016. ( Child Born between 01.04.2012 to 31.03.2013 are eligible for Pre-School admission)

Duly filled in form, along with an attested copy of the Date of Birth Certificate of the child issued by MCD and other documents as specified below and registration fee through bank draft , be dropped in the Box installed in the Security Room at the Entrance Gate of the School latest by 22 January,2016 upto 2.30 p.m.

In case of a draw the parents will be intimated through the school's website. The parents are advised to regularly check the schoolâ€™s website and schoolâ€™s notice board to stay informed about the changes or other important information.

Documents To Be Submitted As Proof:-

FOR DATE OF BIRTH PROOF:-

Birth Certificate under the Birth, Death and Marriages Certification Act, 1986.
Hospital/Auxiliary Nursery and Midwife (ANM) register record.
Anganwadi Record.
Declaration of age of the child by the parent or guardian.

FOR ADDRESS PROOF:-

Ration card issued in the name of parents (mother/father having name of the child.
Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents
Voter I card of any of the parents
Electricity bill/ MTNL bill/ Water bill.
Unique Identity Card of mother/father/child issued by Government of India
Passport in the name of any other parents or child

PROOF OF INCOME:-

Income Certificate issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar
BPL Ration card (Yellow coloured)
AAY Ration Card (Pink Coloured)

PROOF OF DISADVANTAGED GROUP:-

A certificate issued by a Revenue officer not below the rank of Tehsildar or any other Competent Authority.
Caste Certificate issued by DC Office.
Medical Certificate from Govt. Hospital, in case of children with special needs/disabilities.
A certificate issued in accordance with instruction issued by the Department of Women and Child Development, GNCT of Delhi, vide order dated 11.12.12 in case of Orphan child.

The Registration for students of class Pre-School for the Academic Session 2016-2017 will begin from 01January, 2016 . Registration and Submission will be done online through school's website www.agdav.edu.in. The last date for online Registration and submission is 22 January, 2016 upto 2.30 p.m.

Documents Required For Verification AT THE TIME OF ADMISSON (In Original):-

Proof of Residence - ration card/voter I-card/Adhaar Card/Passport/ Lease Deed (at least 6 months old) / Electricity Bill/ MTNL Bill/ Driving Licence
Proof of Sibling - latest fee slip
Proof of Alumni - School Leaving Certificate / Sr. Sec./ Secondary Board Certificate
Proof of Martyrs/Armed Forces/ Paramilitary Forces

Proof of Sister concern School
Authentic proof of girl child/First Male Child.

Information of selected candidates can be checked only on the School's website on 15th Feburary,2016. In case of a Draw the parents will be intimated through the school's website. The parents are therefore advised to regularly the check the school's website to stay informed about the changes and other important information. The Waiting List (if any)will be displayed on 15th Febuary,2016.

There will be no change in the existing bus routes. Parents will be required to make their own arrangement for other routes.

DO NOT USE SYMBOLS LIKE - / or ' or " or : of ( etc. WHILE FILLING THE FORM ONLINE AS THESE SYMBOLS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE SOFTWARE.

"DATE FOR DISPLAY OF FIRST LIST OF SELECTED CHILDREN (INCLUDING WAITING LIST): feb 15, 2016.

this means that all the schools will display the list together, which will follow as

1. Parents will be able to see whether their kid is selected in all the applied school on the same day.

2. Parents do not need to submit the non-refundable fees to one school and await list from another school.

Will the process be such transparent. Please comment.

Yes in most of reputed schools but some schools might flout cannot predict :)

Hi, I would like to confirm that for every school I am applying do I need to submit original affidavit of First Girl Child or the photocopies are applicable.

But most of the schools will accept as they did in previous year (6 month old court registered)

It depends from school to school, some of the reputed ones are not accepting rent agreement at all. So better if you have another POR ready as a standby.
