2. Will a person having OBC certificate of Delhi NCT be eligible to apply under Disadvantaged Group ( i saw in the Circular from Delhi govt. dated 29/12/2015)?

3. Does a child with single parent fall under 'Children with special needs' or Disadvantaged Group?

4. Is Rent Agreement considered valid for Residence proof?

1. Do we need to submit the the proofs e.g. residence proof, D.O.B. proof at the time of submission of form or later at the time of admission? (ans. Photocopy required).

Regarding OBC, Non Creamy Layer certificate. It is issued by Govt of Delhi ( Not Central Govt) as Jaats of Delhi fall in OBC ( delhi) but not under Central list of OBC. So will he be considered as valid?

Regarding Rent Agreement, suppose a person is residing on rent then he can only have Rent Agreement as the proof of address as he would neither have any bills in his name corresponding to that address.. So what should he do?
