Admission Schedule for Pre-School Classes 2016-17

Registration Fee Rs.25/-

Submit the completed Registration Form along with the Photocopy of the following Documents to the

School Office from 4th January – 22nd January 2016. (9:00am to 11:00 am. on Monday – Friday)

1. Proof of Residential Address (Voter ID card, MTNL Bill, Electricity Bill, Ration Card, Unique

I-Card or Passport ( any one of the above in the name of father and mother)

2. DOB Certificate with name of the child from MCD

3. Caste Certificate if ST/SC/OBC

4. Baptism Certificate and a recommendation letter from the respective Parish Priest (for Christians only)

5. School I-Card of the Sibling (brother/sister in Notre Dame School).

6. Photocopy of NTPC I-Card duly attested by the HR department of NTPC

7. Photo copy of Ration Card/Class X certificate in which Son’s/Daughter’s name is mentioned

(for NTPC employee’s grandchildren only)

8. Photo copy of the duly attested ID of UPL/CISF/KV of BTPS

9. Alumni proof: Copy of Class X/XII certificate

10. Copy of the Disability certificate by an authorized Government medical officer.

I am in process of shifting to Vasant Kunj in my own flat. I have already got my residence and id proof for the same. I would be shifting latest by 15th of Feb. 

I hope it would be fine if i m providing details of this address.

Any update on the form for St . Thomas Mandir Marg as there is no information on their website. Is the form available at the school?

Hi Sakshi: Regarding first girl child...do we need to put original copy of affidavit in schools or photocopy will do

Hi,

I have done online registration and payment to ASN Sr. Sec. School Mayur Vihar, for our child.

I got the registration number and a copy of filled registration form. But I'm not sure if I further need to take the print out of the online registration form and submit photocopies of the required document to School. Do I need to submit photocopies of DOB Certificate, Address Proof etc to School office to complete my registration?
Please help someone.

Hi,

I am also planning to make online submission to ASN Sr. Sec school.

Do we need to upload residence proof or affidavit while submitting??

I confirmed by calling from school that, no need to submit any photocopy of documents for online registration. In case get selected, then everything would be required. 
And Sreechithra I believe only photograph (soft copy) of child, mother and father is required.

And you know what still well educated parents are dying to get admitted there child in these schools . It seems people think that just by admitting the child they may shed the responsibility. What a terrible situation has been made in delhi. No one raise the voice against it. Funny thing is i am also part of this crowd. But i will not let go my childs future in hand of these so called popular but poor school.

As i have got quite positive feedback of svhool that it is using new age school concept
