1. The registration–cum-admission process for the academic session 2016-17 for the children of serving Air Force personnel for Air Force Bal Bharati School(AFBBS),Lodi Road, New Delhi, The Air Force School (TAFS), Subroto Park, New Delhi and Air Force Golden Jubilee Institute (AFGJI), Subroto Park , New Delhi will be as per the following schedule.
2. (a) Eligibility The child should have completed 4 years for UKG class and 5 years for class I as on 31 Mar 2016.
(b) Admission Schedule
(i) Date of issue of registration forms : 01 Feb 16 to 11 Mar 16
(ii) Date of submission of registration forms : 01 Feb 16 to 11 Mar 16

Two photographs of child, TC and report card of previous class are required at the time of admission.
3. Local Transfer Cases. The Air Force personnel whose children are studying in KVs & other schools in Delhi area and desirous of admitting them in one of the three AF Public Schools (AFBBS, TAFS and AFGJI) should collect registration form from 01 Feb 16 to 11 Mar 16 from CMC Sectt, Subroto Park. Last date for submission of form is 11 Mar 16. Local transfer cases will be considered for admission only after accommodating the posting-in cases of 2016. Allotment of the school will be done as per the availability of vacancies.
4. ADMISSION TO CLASS XI. Admission requests are to be made to CMC office for all the three schools in last week of May 16 (after declaration of CBSE class X result). Stream will be allotted as per the criteria laid down

(A) Registration of forms with ONLINE PAYMENT.
• Registration with online payment of Rs. 25/-.
• Download Registration Form on an A-4 size white sheet of paper.
• Fill up the required information in the form.
• Attach copies of all documents required with the form (See point 3 below).
• Take out Print out of computer generated mail sent to you for Registration and
Payment receipt.
• Attach copy of Registration and Payment receipt.
• Submit the duly filled form, complete in all respects to the School Office as per
the schedule.
OR
(B) Registration of forms with Payment vide Demand Draft
• Download Registration Form on an A-4 size white sheet of paper.
• Fill up the required information in the form.
• Attach copies of all documents required with the form (See point 3 below).
• Demand Draft of Rs. 25/- in favour of BLOOM PUBLIC SCHOOL as
Registration Fee.
• Submit the duly filled form, complete in all respects to the School Office as per
the schedule.
• Collect Registration Number and receipt of payment from the School office.
1. In case of incomplete form, incorrect /false information / document, the
form will be rejected without any correspondence in this regard.
2. Final Admission Formalities:
Final admission is subject to verification of the following supporting
documents to be produced in ORIGINAL.
• Date of Birth Certificate issued by any Competent Authorities.
• Proof of residence (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID/Electricity
Bill/Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Adhaar Card/Ration Card/Rent
Agreement) attach anyone.
• Proof of Alumni (XIIth Passing Certificate).
• Proof of Sibling (Fee receipt of sibling).
• Proof of First Born Child - Declaration by parent (Notarized Affidavit).
3. (a) Parents will certify that all the information provided by them is
correct and they understand that if the information is found to be
incorrect or false, their ward shall be automatically debarred from
selection / admission without any correspondence in this regard.
(b) Parents also understand that the application / registration / short
listing
does not guarantee admission to their ward.
(c) Parents accept the process of admission undertaken by the school and
