I spoke with KPS, Admission Ad will come in newspaper on 29^th August and form submission may start from 2^nd September

ADMISSION NOTICE

For L. K. G. (Session 2015-16)

St. Francis School, Indirapuram is an unaided Christian

Minority Institution established in 2004, by the Society of

Franciscan Brothers which is a charitable organization. It is a

co-educational institution open to the children of all communities

that follows the syllabus of the Central Board of Secondary

Education (CBSE) Delhi. We strive to inculcate in students a

sound philosophy of life based on faith in God, respect for the

individual, concern for the less privileged of the society and ideals

of truth and justice.

The Registration forms are available online and can be

downloaded from our website. It is also available at the School

Fee Counter on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of September 2014

between 08:30 am and 02:30 pm.

 Parents can submit the registration forms on 8th, 9th and 10th of

September 2014 between 08:30 am and 02:30 pm at the

School Fee Counter as per the schedule given below :

 8th September, 2014 - Indirapuram

 9th September, 2014 - Vasundhara

 10th September, 2014 - Vaishali and Kaushambi

Interaction with child along with parents will be held on 16th ,

18th and 20th September 2014 and the result for the same will

be declared on 25th September 2014 at 02:00 pm.

Requirements for the submission of Registration forms :-

1. Copy of Birth Certificate from

Corporation/Municipal/Anchal Panchayat. (Affidavit

or Hospital

Certificate will not be accepted)

2. Baptism Certificate & a letter from the Parish Priest

(For Christian Minority only)

3. Certified copy of BPL Card (For BPL Category only)

4. Certificates of Parents’ qualifications.

5. Certified copy of parents’ income.

No. of seats available:-180

a) 10% for the BPL category.

b) 40% for the Christian Minority.

c) 50% for the General Category

(a & b category candidates will be entertained only during the

process of admission. No claims should be made after the

process. Unfilled seats will be transferred to the General

Category)

Eligibility:-The child should have completed 3 years on 31st

March 2015 (Below 4 years)

NOTE:

 All admissions will be purely on merit basis,

recommendations will be disqualified and incomplete forms

will be rejected.

 No refund of any fees will be made once the admission

process is complete.

 Payment should be made by Demand Draft only.

Hi,

My son date of birth is 06 October, 2010. Can i apply the for form for LKG Session. As per given age criteria, child age should not be above 4 year on 31st March. but he will be 4.5 Year. Please confirm.

Only children in age between 3 and 4 years can apply.

It follows CCE of CBSE curriculum.  DPS 132 would be a better option,
