i went to school for purchasing the form, they asked me the age of my child they told me that child should be born between 1st oct 2010 and 30th september 2011

Just c how the schools are making money by anyways..we personally went to take the form from school and told them the age ,to two staff members but they didnt informed that we r not elligible to fill form... its very disgustng

It is working fine. You can read their guideline and do same things.. I submitted in first time. But I faced a problem, when we print out the form in Firefox. But when I printed the form through Chrome browser. It is working fine.

Priyanka there is a network error as many people trying to fill the form.

Try early morning or late evening time.

I have submitted the same in morning and get the success.

Also be quick, as the session got expired too early.
