Dear parents can anyone guide me on the next step. I submitted the form for FAS today morning and it got submitted without any issues. However, as mentioned i did not receive any acknowledgment on email or phone. 

Also, when do we take the hard copy print out? should we take the print out once we have completed the form or should we do that after submitting it. Are we able to open the form to take print out once we fill it in and submit and receive the acknowledgment?

Hi Mili

 

FAS gives acknowldgement via SMS also in which u have ur USER ID and Password with the help of that u can login and get the print out of the application. 

 

U got to submit the form first and at the same time u can save the form and take the print later and submit it in the school.

FAS site is down i think, i tried to login but didn't log me in.
