Guys as far as i know, local guardian details are required when the child is living with some relatives or in a boarding/hostel etc and the parents are not in the same city. I have not filled local guardian information in any of the forms.

Private buses are available on the routes for Apeejay where school does not provide one

Tht gives a relief to me, since during first interaction they just said , on my root bus is not available , while I sad not a problem , but I felt panel was trying to communicate it a rational for not moving ahead but as you said pvt. transportation is available give me a big relief.

Yes this was exactly what they told us but we said not an issue we will relocate.

Later we checked with other parents near our place and they told us that as Apeejay has very limited bus routes, mostly private vendor takes care of the same.
